Raspberry Souffle Glace in a Jaconde Sponge casing... sauces are chocolate, raspberry and caramel... garnished with a tuille and a chocolate cigarette

Daily DeviationIt was hard to pick just one piece from ~Heidilu22's gallery, but Raspberry Souffle Glace shows that she is a true and talented Pastry Chef. Not only is this dish appealing to the eye (and probably the mouth!) but her culinary knowledge and skill shine through to create a beautiful dessert.
